6 keys to understanding the COI schedule

There are six keys to understanding the JCI/COI schedule.
  1. Times are Central Daylight Savings Time (CDT). 
  2. Whether you're in River Falls or online, all group sessions will be on zoom. 
  3. Most group sessions are 40 minutes; lessons are 30 minutes.
  4. Group sessions are LIVE at the time listed in the schedule.
  5. Group sessions are recorded and shared for independent, asynchronous viewing on the COI YouTube channel. Lessons and Lounges are not recorded.
  6. The Schedule may change. Check the Schedule, daily.​
